Returns

Enyrgy offers a full 30-day trial on all products purchased through GCS Distribution. The 30-day trial period commences upon your receipt of the product. Please note the following:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We require that returns be sent back in the original packaging to prevent damage in transit.

You must retain your tracking information as proof of delivery. GCS Distribution and Enyrgy are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments, and we reserve the right to charge for any damages caused to the product.

Refunds for customers returning during the 30-day trial period are 100% of the product cost. Any elective expedited shipping costs and international shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns must include your full name and order number. Returns must be postmarked before the end of the 30-day trial period. Returns received after the 30-day trial period will not be accepted.

If a returned product is damaged in any way or returned in an unsellable condition, the shipment will be refused and returned to the sender.

No RMA or return authorization is required within the 30-day trial period. Please reference your name and order number on the return label.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will promptly notify you of the status of your refund after inspection.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Warranty

Enyrgy Light Therapy Device — 4-Year Warranty

This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser when the item is purchased directly from www.enyrgy.com, www.gcsdistribution.com, or another authorized reseller, and is non-transferable. The warranty period starts on the date the original purchased unit is delivered.

What does this warranty cover? The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Enyrgy will replace, at no charge, products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct the problem? Enyrgy will replace the defective product at no charge and will be responsible for all shipping costs related to your warranty request. Please retain the tracking information as proof of delivery.

What does the warranty not cover? The warranty does not cover any problem caused by damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance, or modification. The warranty also does not cover theft or loss of the product.

What do you need to do? To obtain warranty service, please first contact us at [email protected] or Enyrgy directly at [email protected] to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution. You may be asked to provide proof of any defects, so you should maintain photos and videos of any alleged defects.
